Is it true that the environment has improved after the Covid pandemic?

People say all kinds of problems are like coins, you can definitely see it from two sides now. Let's see, but this corona virus has caused a lot of trouble for many people to claim many victims and create a financial crisis.

Many countries but on the other hand in the news we sometimes see the effect of good quotes from this pandemic, but is it true that a pandemic really makes the environment start to improve, how is it really happening?

Firstly, it is true that air pollution has decreased, but the sad fact is that when Lockdown was used to eat in our capital, the pollution only decreased a little, then our enemy was actually not just air pollution from wearing masks with gloves until we bought packages together. From online shop discounts we also don't produce mountains of trash but outside of that there is an environment during a pandemic that is very dangerous for us. What is it?

The answer is the Corona virus, which is accompanied by smoke, forest and land fires because just imagine that they both focus on attacking our respiratory system.

In three countries, such as Italy, the United States and the United Kingdom, research has shown that dirty air is like gasoline, which exacerbates the corona virus and turns Indonesia back. The threat of smog from two has spread in many areas in various parts and those who live far from the forest can also experience it. the impact is even if we remember in the months of June, July, August, September, October and November the smoke from massive fires is common and makes millions of people suffer from respiratory illness. ill too, will be even more full due to the victims of these two big cases

Oh yes, if you want to be alone or again there is a pandemic of forest fires but the danger is not only producing smoke which makes the impact congested, the impact can be greater than that if the forest is badly damaged, the animals are expelled from their habitat and have to roam because they don't have a house, it's rarely where they live more to where we humans are conditions like this can cause diseases that should only be experienced by animals so jump to humans finally there is a terrible plague that has existed in our history, including the Corona virus

Forest fires and corona are both clearly a threat to health but together they are like mafia who are ready to shoot us down without realizing it, so now we have to fight forest fires as strong as we fight the virus because protecting the forest is the solution to these two problems at the same time what we can do is make people aware of the dangers of pandemics and forest fires if they occur together

Where first there was: Forest or Rain

Forests and rain, we know that plants can thrive because the water falls from the sky, but on the other hand, there can be rain drops, one of which comes from trees in the forest, so then the question is, which one was the forest first. or rain

Okay for seven, many of us are still pulling back to the past when our earth was still a red ball that was incredibly hot at that time. -The drop of water even for hundreds of years is a process that is also the beginning of life so in short the answer is Rain, if that's the way. Does the forest not affect rain?

Of course there is an effect due to the surprising fact that forests produce more water vapor than the oceans in the same area because forests have a surface area that can be much more than the homes of fish. Simultaneously applying oxygen and water vapor that clumps into cute clouds in the sky so where there is a forest it can get tired of the rain

And you could say that all objects in nature are like interconnected chains, including forests and rain, if we disturb the chain, disaster is what we must be prepared to face.

But it applies otherwise, one small tree seed can breath for many living things on earth to save us from the poison that we make ourselves and that is only one dream if there are millions of trees that we plant today they will grow into forests and protect life on the blue planet. the only one we can stay

So if you think of a forest, it's already into a giant water pump that brings magician rain, we know that when the air gets stiffer, the hands are getting drier and water for bathing is hard to find.

Planting trees is the best solution for the future and as usual

thank you

Tomatoes Are Fruits or Vegetables?

Tomatoes Are Fruits or Vegetables?

The question often arises when talking about this one food. Maybe many think that tomatoes are fruit, but if you go to the supermarket this one creature has piles of vegetables So which one is correct?

If you look at the characteristics of the fruit, it is in the form of a flower which then bears fruit and has seeds in it. Meanwhile, vegetables are usually used to refer to other plant parts besides fruit.

Wait a minute, in fact, chefs have different definitions because they differ from vegetables or fruit from their sweet taste. This matter is so complicated that the United States High Court intervenes.

So what's the story?

Everything was triggered when the American president at the end of the 18th century had to break the identity crisis of a tomato to make vegetable import rules there. And because tomatoes have become the true love of kitchen spices that are used for thousands of food preparations, tomatoes are legally designated as vegetables!

Okay, so it can be concluded that in De Facto, tomatoes are fruit. But in De Jure, at least in America there, in fact, it is a vegetable.

But confused again when it was found, tomatoes were not as popular as they are now. Even tomatoes were considered dangerous because they were thought to make poisoning kings But finally this double identity object started trending in the early 16th century when the Spaniards brought it to Europe and matched it with kitchen spices. there And live happily until now

So we already know how to answer when asked if tomatoes are fruit or vegetables If from the point of view of plant science, tomatoes are fruit But if they are mixed with complete soup with cabbage, mix crab meat, then tomatoes can also be called vegetables.

To know her honey and her unborn

Honey is a natural product of bees that are shaped like solution of sugar and contain about 17.1 percent water. Honey has a wide variety of properties, which explains why honey has many health benefits.

The highest concentrations of honey are fructose, which is at 38.5%. Then, followed by glucose, roughly 31%. Fructose and glucose are a natural type of sugar commonly found in food and drink.

Although sugar content is high, honey also contains some vitamins and minerals that are good for health. Honey's most important ingredients are ascorbic acid, pantotenate acid, niacin and riboflavin.

There are also various minerals, such as calcium, iron, magnesium, and zinc. Not only that, honey also contains enzymes essential to the health of the body.

The benefits of honey to the body

In fact, honey is a "miracle" fluid that has long been used to heal wounds and cope with complaints of the sinna canal. Even later, studies suggest that honey can also bring a wide range of other health benefits to the body:

1. Antibacterial Agent

The properties of hydrogen peroxide and the natural acidity of honey have been shown to prevent the growth of bacteria.

Honey, therefore, is one of the natural ingredients that prove to be effective in expediting the healing process of wounds as well as coping with complaints in the stomach.

One clinical trial suggests that some types of honey are effective in stunted the growth of dozens of different bacteria, including e. coli and salmonella.

Meanwhile, New Zealand's honey, known as manuka honey, also works to prevent and treat common staphylococcus' nose and skin infections, as well as h. pylori's that played a part in the stomach.

Honey's health benefits can also be found on an adventure honey that comes from Malaysia.

A study conducted in 139 children found that honey was more effective at night in easing coughing, and it improved sleep quality than cough syrup.

Similarly, another study conducted in 105 children has also proved that honey is better than nighttime cough syrup.

Even so, honey is not recommended for consumption by children under the age of 1. This is because children of this age do not have a strong sinna line and are unable to digest certain contaminants of honey.

3.  Lowering blood pressure

Honey also has a good effect on high blood pressure. High blood pressure can increase the risk of heart disease and blood vessels. This can be prevented by utilizing the antioxidant of honey.

Honey is rich in the content of fenabolic compounds that have proved to contribute significantly to human health, including lowered blood pressure.

4. Help heal the wound

The medicinal value of honey as a healing wound is known from ancient times. In fact, one study showed honey's 43.3% success rate, which is used in nursing wounds.

Other studies also show that honey can cure wounds in diabetics with a success presentation of 97%.

Of course, this is possible because honey has the qualities of anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties mentioned above.

5. Cure for disease

Honey is thought to have a good advantage in helping to minimize the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic health problems. However, further research is still needed to be sure.

South Africa begins its first trial for the corona virus vaccine

A resident from the sprawling Black township of Soweto, south of here, has become the first South African to be injected with a trial vaccine for COVID-19 as scientists seek a treatment for the virus which has infected millions and killed hundreds of thousands across the globe.

Mhlongo (24), is one of about 2,000 South Africans who will take part in the international study after the potential vaccine was developed at the Oxford Jenner Institute in the UK.

After receiving an injection during the trial on Tuesday from Shabir Madhi, head of vaccinology at Wits University and director of the South Africa Medical Research Council's vaccines and infectious diseases analytics research unit, Mholongo said he wanted to learn about COVID-19 and help doctors find a cure for the virus.

Madhi is also a member of the panel advising the South African government on the pandemic.

This is a landmark moment for South Africa and Africa at this stage of the COVID-19 pandemic. As we enter winter in South Africa and pressure increases on public hospitals, we need a vaccine now more than ever, said Madhi at the virtual launch of the trial, which is being run at multiple sites in South Africa.

The South African participants will be joined by 5,000 in Brazil, 4,000 in the UK, with an additional 10,000 participants planned, and up to 30,000 expected to be enrolled in the US.

Officially known as the Ox1Cov-19 Vaccine VIDA-trial, the South African component of the trial is also a first for the African continent.

Amid the optimism, experts pointed out that the vaccine being tested is one among the more than 100 that are currently being researched all over the world.

In South Africa, at least 1,00,000 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and more than 2,000 have died from virus since March when the President declared a state of disaster and national lockdown which is continuing at Level 3 of a five-level strategic approach to fight the pandemic.

Vaccines are amongst the most powerful tools to mitigate life-threatening diseases. Without a vaccine against COVID-19, there will likely be ongoing contagion, causing severe illness and death, said Zeblon Vilakazi, Vice Principal and Deputy Vice Chancellor of Research and Postgraduate Affairs at Wits University.

He said his institution was committed to cooperate with Oxford University in the trial.

Prior to the launch, the South African study was subject to rigorous reviews and was approved by both the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) and the Human Research Ethics Committee of Wits University.

It is essential that vaccine studies are performed in southern hemisphere countries, including in the African region, concurrently with studies in northern hemisphere countries, said Helen Rees, Chair of SAHPRA and Executive Director of the Wits Reproductive Health and HIV Institute (Wits RHI).

This allows evaluation of the efficacy and safety of candidate vaccines to be assessed in a global context, failing which the introduction of many life-saving vaccines into public immunisation programmes for low-middle income countries frequently lags behind those in high-income countries.

There has been much debate internationally, including at the World Health Organisation, that the vaccine, when it is found, be made available to all countries at low or even no cost to developing countries, and not only be sold in rich and developed nations only.

As the world rallies to find health solutions, a South African endeavour for the development of an effective COVID-19 vaccine is testament to our commitment of supporting healthcare innovation to save lives, said Glenda Gray, President and CEO of the South African Medical Research Council, which is funding the project with support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The project also has the support of the South African government.

The National Department of Health is excited at the launch of this vaccine trial, which will go a long way to cement South Africa's leadership in the scientific space, Sandile Buthelezi, the Director General of Health in the National Department of Health. With COVID-19 infections increasing every day, the development of the vaccine will be the last solution in the long term, and we are fully behind the team leading this trial, said Buthelezi.

Severely-ill corona patients may be 10 times more likely to suffer cardiac arrest

Contrary to what was believed initially, the novel coronavirus, also known as SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19, does not only affect the lungs or the respiratory system.

As the disease spread across the world, it was found that the novel coronavirus may affect most vital organs – including the heart, kidneys, liver, etc, and can in fact damage blood vessels causing damage to almost any part of the body.

Reports of the virus affecting the nervous system also came in recently, which have only solidified the claims and reasons to take the virus seriously.

According to a recent report, COVID-19 patients who are admitted to an ICU due to severity of the illness are ten times more likely than others to be hospitalised with the viral infection, suffer a cardiac arrest, or heart rhythm disorders, according to a new study.

Researchers from various institutes, including those from the University of Pennsylvania, IS, said that these issues are common among severely-ill patients due to COVID-19, and are triggered due to a severe form of the disease, and not just the viral infection.

The findings of the study were published in the Heart Rhythm Journal.

These findings differ significantly from reports that showed a high number of arrhythmias among all COVID—19 patients, according to scientists. These results may provide more clarity about the role of the virus and the diseases and complications it leads to.

"In order to best protect and treat patients who develop Covid-19, it's critical for us to improve our understanding of how the disease affects various organs and pathways within our body -- including our heart rhythm abnormalities," said study senior author Rajat Deo from the University of Pennsylvania.
"Our findings suggest that non-cardiac causes such as systemic infection, inflammation, and illness are likely to contribute more to the occurrence of cardiac arrest and arrhythmias than damaged or infected heart cells due to the viral infection," Deo said, reported PTI.

To understand the risk, and incidence of cardiac arrest among patients hospitalised due to COVID-19, the Penn team evaluated 700 patients.

Researchers studied cardiac telemetry and clinical records for patient demographics and medical comorbidities, such as heart disease, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease and recorded all-important patient details, test results and treatment. The average age of these patients was 50 years.

Researchers identified 53 arrhythmic events, 9 patients who suffered cardiac arrest, 25 patients with atrial fibrillation, 9 with bradyarrhythmias and 10 non-sustained ventricular tachycardia events. Of the 700 patients hospitalised, about 11 per cent were admitted to the ICU. None of the other hospitalised patients suffered a cardiac arrest.

After controlling for underlying demographic and clinical factors, researchers found that cardiac arrest and arrhythmia were more likely to occur among patients in an ICU, as compared to other hospitalised patients.

“More research is needed to assess whether the presence of cardiac arrhythmias has long-term health effects on patients who were hospitalized for COVID-19,” Deo said.

“In the meantime, it’s important that we launch studies to evaluate the most effective and safest strategies for long-term anticoagulation and rhythm management in this population.”

Solutions For Health Problems: Keep Illness Away

People all across the planet suffer from a wide variety of health problems.

These health problems can be anything, from something as minor as a simple allergy to something as serious as full blown cancer. So what are you suppose to do about these sicknesses?

The best Solutions for Health Problems you can find are simply to avoid getting these problems all together.

Now obviously, a lot of problems are out of your control, some things just happen. But for a lot of them you can take preventive measures.

As the saying goes, the best defense is a good offense. Instead of waiting for something to happen and trying to cure it, take the steps needed to avoid getting it all together.

1: Maintain a proper diet.

One of the main reasons people suffer so many problems is because they do not keep their body in top form.

The human body is a remarkable thing and is quite the power house when it comes to it's own well being.

Your body is capable of fending off almost every type of illness or health problem, as long as you give it plenty of fuel.

Your body, like anything else, requires fuel to run. That fuel comes in the form of food. If you are not eating the right kinds of foods, your body has to not only fight off potential illnesses, but it has to do so while underpowered.

2: Stay active.

Another great Solutions for Health Problems is to simply stay active.

The human body does not do so well when forced into a sedentary life style.

It was made to run and be active, that is why your metabolism and other bodily functions increase whenever you are active. You burn off excess fat, produce beneficial chemicals, and generally just give your body what it needs.

3: Avoid stress.

It has been clinically proven that stress can cause all sorts of problems for people. When stressed, your body works in odd ways and will produce certain chemicals.

Some of these chemicals are just downright harmful, while others are harmful because there's too many of them. So try to avoid stress whenever possible.

4: Avoid smoking or drinking.

If you really want to avoid health problems, then avoid taking harmful things into your body. We all know by now that smoking is not good for you, but even so millions of people still do it. The same can be said for drinking as well.

While not as dangerous, drinking too much will still cause you problems. If you keep it in moderation it will not be a big issue.

5: Get routine checkups.

Even if you try your best, things can still go wrong. Visit your doctor routinely for a checkup. Many diseases can be cured if caught early enough, so you want to catch these problems before they get out of hand.

There are many, many more Solutions for Health Problems out there than just these. But these tips offer a place to start, from there you can go further and make sure you live a long, healthy life.

Humor To Relieve Stress: Can Take Its Toll

If it is left unchecked, stress will take its toll on your health.

While it isn't possible to completely eliminate all forms of stress from your life, you can feel a lot better when you use humor to relieve stress.

It has long been said that humor is the best medicine, and there have been several studies that have shown this to be true, at least to some degree.

The full effects of humor are not completely understood, but laughter appears to release certain chemicals in the brain, and these chemicals make us feel better and relieve stress.

Before we get to ways to add humor to your life, it's important to mention that you should always discuss any health concerns with your doctor.

Your stress may be the result of an underlying medical condition, and your doctor can also give you additional suggestions for relieving stress.

Now, on to the funny!

Your goal should be to laugh as many times per day as possible and then a few more on top of that. Free your funny bone and look at the lighter side of life.

Stress is the result of your perceptions.

You can't always control what happens to you, but you can always choose how to respond to it. There are times when stress is a good option, but those times don't happen all that often.

Television and movies can be good sources of comedy. Maybe you don't like the most popular show, or romantic comedies may not be your thing, but that's okay.

The key is to watch whatever makes you laugh. If you're the only one in the room laughing hysterically while everybody else sits there with a straight look on their face, then you can laugh at that too. Humor is a subjective thing, but that's no excuse not to laugh.

The internet is a practically endless source of humor to relieve stress.

There are tons of funny people online, though some of them are unintentionally funny. Log on to the internet and you can find funny videos, cartoons, pictures, quotations, jokes, and just about anything else you can think of.

Surround yourself with as many things that bring a smile to your face as you can. A calendar that has a new joke every day, a T-shirt with a goofy picture on it, or even a humorous bumper sticker are just a few ways to add more humor to your life.

Starting your own personal "humor file" is another way to get a much-needed chuckle when you need one.

Cut out funny comics from the newspaper, stories from magazines, pictures, and so on, then put them into a folder that you can access whenever you need to.

It's a good idea to have a one physical file, as well as a file on your computer dedicated to humor.

One of the cool things about using humor to relieve stress is that it doesn't require a prescription, so there are no side effects to worry about.

How To Look Years Younger: Surgery Not The Only Option

No matter how hard you try to fight it, you are always growing older. However, that doesn't mean that you have to look older.

Knowing how to look years younger can give you a newfound confidence in yourself, and help you to feel better.

It may not be fair, but the truth is that there are people who will judge you based on your appearance, and how they treat you will ultimately have an impact on how you feel about yourself.

Plastic surgery is one way that some people use to look younger, but it has its share of problems.

Most insurance companies won't cover elective surgeries, so you will have to pay for all of it yourself, and it's not cheap. As with any form of surgery, there is always a risk of complications.

The recovery time can take several weeks, and you won't know how well it turned out until your recover period is complete.

You can get plastic surgery if you like, but make sure you are doing it for the right reasons and that you are fully informed.

Luckily, surgery is not the only way that you can look years younger. Here are a few tips to help you erase a few years from your appearance.

1. Treat your skin well.

Your skin is one of the main things people use to guess your age. If it is wrinkling, dry, cracked, blemished, and leathery, then they may guess you are much older than you really are. Taking care of your skin will work wonders for looking younger. Follow a good skin care routine, but avoid the use of harsh chemicals and abrasives.

2. Give up bad habits.

If you smoke, then now is the perfect time to quit. Not only is it bad for your health in a number of ways, it will also prematurely age your skin.

Excessive consumption of alcohol can also lead to longer older than you really are, but it's okay to enjoy it in moderation.

3. Have a great attitude.

The quickest way to look younger is to having a good attitude. You probably know somebody who is relatively young, but is always mean and moody.

The calendar may say they're young, but their behavior gives the opposite impression. On the other hand, you probably know somebody that is so positive and happy that they seem much younger than they are.

4. Get plenty of sleep.

Your body needs sleep to rejuvenate itself. Do your best to get a full night of sleep on a regular basis. If you can get up without an alarm clock, then you know you're getting enough sleep.

5. Stay healthy.

Your level of health plays a major role in how old you are biologically. Eat right, exercise often, and drink plenty of water and you will be able to slow down the march of time.

As you can see, the question of how to look years younger is easily answered; it's just a matter of embracing a few basic principles.

How To Age Gracefully: Getting Older Is A Fact Of Life

Getting older is a fact of life. From the time you are born, you are getting older, and there's nothing you can do about, at least not when it comes to your chronological age.

You can, however, do a lot to slow down the aging process, but at the same time, you will be much more content when you discover how to age gracefully.

An endless series of plastic surgeries is not what aging gracefully is all about.

Perhaps you are familiar with a few actors and actresses who have had so much plastic surgery that they now look awful.

Despite their best attempts to look younger, they still look older, but they also look worse than if they would have let themselves age the way nature had intended. Does that mean you should never get any form of plastic surgery?

Not at all, but you should be very choosy about what you get done, and be sure that you don't overdo it.

Another key aspect of aging gracefully is acting your age, or at least close to it. Few things are more unsettling than somebody trying to dress and act like they are decades younger than they really are.

You may think that you are fitting in with younger people by doing this, but you will make yourself look ridiculous. Now, it's okay to dress well, and to hang around with younger people, but don't be phony about it; be yourself.

Your skin is one of the most important aspects of your appearance. Having younger looking skin is fair game when it comes to aging gracefully.

Your skin needs to be properly moisturized for it to be healthy.

You can use moisturizing creams on the outside (look for those that contain humectants) of your skin, but remember to drink plenty of water so your skin gets moisturized from the inside.

Using a toner will help to tighten your skin, but avoid those which contain alcohol. Exfoliating removes dead skin cells that have accumulated on the surface. However, don't exfoliate too often, and use a product that is gentle.

If you smoke, quit. Period.

How you look is only a part of aging, so don't forget to take care of yourself spiritually as well. Frequent prayer, attending worship services, reading holy books, and meditation all help to give your life a sense of purpose.

Having a sense of purpose as you get older is vital because it lets you enjoy each moment with a fuller sense of what life is all about.

You are no longer fighting life, but rather embracing and enjoying it for what it is.

Yes, we are all getting older, but this isn't a bad thing when you know how to age gracefully. Taking it all in stride and doing a few basic things is all it takes to not only look better, but to feel better too.

Heal Damaged Hair: Take Care Of Daily Damage

I know that many of the things we do to our hair on a daily basis isn't good for it. To help heal damaged hair there are many things you can do.

You can also become more proactive and change some of your daily habits to limit the amount of damage you do to your hair in the first place.

In this article I will provide you with some simple tips to heal damaged hair, but as importantly, I will also give you some ideas of simple changes you can make so you don't do as much damage in the first place.

So, here we go.

First off, to prevent damage there are many things you can do. One of the simplest is to cut down on the amount of heat you use on your hair. As much as possible try to time washing your hair to a time when you can let it air dry.

It might mean a change in your schedule but it can also result in better, more healthy looking hair.

Instead of showering in the morning, for example, why not take your shower earlier in the evening the night before? That way you can allow your hair to air dry. Than, if you need to, you can just get rid of your bed head in the morning by using a damp comb.

Another ultra simple thing to do to prevent damage in the first place is to limit the number of times you wash your hair. True, this will be easier if you are like me and you have dry hair and scalp as opposed to oily hair and scalp.

Though if you suffer from oily hair, your hair is probably not that damaged in the first place. Washing your hair every other day or every third day is perfectly fine for most people.

If you workout and sweat a lot you may need to wash it more during the week, but lay off the washings on the weekends when you aren't working out.

Also, find more all natural shampoos. Many of the hair care products on the market are very hard on your hair. They are loaded with drying, potentially toxic chemicals that can really damage your hair.

Just finding less harsh shampoos can make a big difference.

If you do have some damage despite your best efforts one easy thing to do is go in for a trim. Your stylist can cut off the ends which is where you will find most of the damage.

Another thing you can do is to use a deep moisturizing treatment once a week. Also, find a shampoo that is made specifically for dry, damaged hair.

You can even turn to your refrigerator for help with damaged hair. Adding mayonnaise to your hair like a conditioner can help with some damage.

And, one last point, don't overlook the important of the food you put in your body too.

Beauty starts on the inside and works it's way out.

Make sure you eat a well balanced diet, get plenty of rest, drink enough water and keep your bad habits to a minimum.

Prevention in anything is usually the best way to go.

When talking about keeping your hair healthy it's just as true as when talking about keeping your whole body healthy.

Be willing to make simple changes and you can prevent dry hair so you won't have to worry about how to heal damaged hair.

Hair Trends: Just Look To The Runway

When looking for any type of trends in regards to fashion, most people look to the newest things on the fashion runways. This year is no different. If you want to know what new hair trends are out there, just look to the runway.

There are a few top hair trends for women that came out of the fall fashion shows. In this article I will list a few of them.

I will concentrate on those that "real" women would be more likely to wear as opposed to those over the top styles that few people can pull off and fewer yet would want to try.

So, here we go:

1. One very popular trend today is actually pretty old fashioned: pony tails.

It would be tough to look through any type of celebrity magazine and not see at least a few stars boasting one of these pony tails.

Today, though, it isn't just the out of the back of the head type pony tail that is popular, it is more of an anything goes pony tail style that seems to be all the rage.

Many women are wearing their pony tails on the side and lower than we may think of as more "traditional" pony tails of the past.

It's not the cheerleader, perfectly centered in the back of the head, no hair out of place pony tail - It is far softer and lower than it used to be.

2. Another old fashioned look that has made a huge comeback this year are braids.

This look is also about a more relaxed and casual feel to the hair. It isn't about making sure that every hair is confined but rather allowing a little hair to flow softly.

This provides a beautiful feminine look to the whole hairstyle.

3. Long, soft waves is yet one more popular look this season. I think you may be able to sense a trend this year.

Many of the styles are not only old fashioned, they are softer variations too.

Today, it is about a softer, feminine more romantic look rather then the every hair in place, ultra smooth and sleek look.

For many women, this added casualness just makes it an easier style to simulate at home on their own.

When the style calls for less structure the few loose hairs here and there become part of the overall look.

4. And one last style we will talk about for this year: the deep side part.

This look can be very dramatic and is the perfect look for woman who have really straight hair.

To make sure the hair stays in place you can either put it in a pony tail or add a beautiful pin to hold it in place.

Make sure that you go for the drama by allowing the hair to actually fall over your eye, or at least a little over one of your brows.

There you have it, some of this years top hair trends for women. Most of them are easy and something a "normal" woman could, and would,  want to wear.

Facial Exercises For A Firm Neck And Throat

Looking your best takes a lot of work, but it sometimes seems as though you just can't win the battle against aging.

No matter how good you are to your skin, wrinkles and sagging start to appear.

The neck and throat tend to be a major problem, but that doesn't have to be the case. You can do simple facial exercises for a firm neck and throat.

Understanding the cause of the problem will help you to find solutions.

As you get older, your skin loses some of its elasticity, and this is the main cause of wrinkles.

At the same time, you start to lose some muscle tone, which contributes to sagging.

Some people go for the all-out solution and pay thousands of dollars to have plastic surgery.

While surgery is always an option, it can have complications (as can any form of surgery), insurance does not typically pay for elective procedures, and there is no guarantee of how the finished result will look.

The good news is that you can do facial exercises to firm up your neck and throat, and turn back the clock a few years.

You should do all of the following exercises gently, because overstraining your muscles can lead to injury, and that would only make things worse. Also, it's always a good idea to talk to your doctor about any health concerns that you have.

With that in mind, here are a few facial exercises for a firm neck and throat to get you started.

Sit down on your floor with legs comfortably folded, making sure to keep your back straight.

Slowly tilt your head back and hold it there for 10 to 15 seconds before returning it to the starting position.

Do this 10 times.

You should feel a gentle stretch along the length of your jawline.

Maintain the same seated position for this exercise. Lower your shoulders slightly, and look straight forward.

Turn your head almost as far as it can go (again, don't overdo it) to the right. Hold it for 5 to 10 seconds before returning to the forward position. Do this 5 times, and then switch to the left side.

While still in this position, tilt your head towards your right shoulder and hold it there for 5 to 10 seconds, then return it to the center.

Repeat this 10 times before tilting it towards your left shoulder. This is a wonderful exercise for a firm neck.

Get on your hands and knees and drop your head toward the ground, being sure that your back, neck, and elbows are straight. Breathe in slowly.

While exhaling slowly, arch your back gently downward as you lift your head up. Do this 5 times.

You can do the next exercise in just about any starting position, even while sitting in your car (when stopped at a red light is a perfect time).

Tilt your head back, and while it is still tilted, open your mouth wide, and then close it. You should feel a relaxing stretch in the middle of your neck and throat.
